Add one-click Lovable sign-in to your app

Adds a sign-in button using Lovable accounts, passing the user's name, email, and profile picture to your app.

When to use it

You built a collaborative notes app but want users to log in without another signup form.

Why it is worth it

Cuts signup friction, uses their Lovable identity for trust, and consumes no app credits.

Before you start

  1. Have your app in Lovable Cloud, not running locally

The prompt

Add Lovable account sign-in to my notes app. Add a 'Sign in with Lovable' button at the top-right of the page. When users click it and sign in with their Lovable account, the app should store their name and email in a users table, and show 'Welcome, John' in the header for each signed-in user. After sign-in, users can create and see their own notes. Each note should show the creator's name. Implement this using Lovable account authentication so the app automatically receives the user's name, email, and profile picture from Lovable. Display a sample page with a user signed in, showing their name and 3 notes they created.

Swap notes app for your own app and adjust which data to track per user.

What you get

Your app has a sign-in button that recognizes each user and tracks their data without a signup form.
