Add speech-to-text transcription to our support ticketing app. When a rep uploads a call recording to the call_recording field on the ticket form, automatically transcribe it using GPT Transcribe and save the result to the transcription field.

The app is SupportFlow, a ticket management system. Tickets have these fields:
- call_recording: audio file upload
- transcription: text area where the transcript should go
- ticket_id: auto-generated identifier like SUP-2024-001

When someone uploads an audio file to call_recording:
1. Show a "Transcribe Call" button below the upload
2. When clicked, send the audio to GPT Transcribe with these context hints so product names are spelled correctly:
   - SafeGuard API (our security platform)
   - CloudSync (our data sync tool)
   - KeyVault (our secret management service)
3. Display "Transcribing..." while processing
4. Populate the transcription field with the result
5. Show "Transcription complete and saved" when done, with the word count

Support English and Spanish languages. Audio files can be up to 25 MB. When you're done, upload a sample 3-minute support call recording and verify that SafeGuard API and CloudSync are spelled correctly in the transcript.
